Any other seller, including other sellers offering PURCELL products on Amazon.com, is not an authorized PURCELL retailer.
PURCELL Product Warranty
For products purchased from an authorized retailer, PURCELL provides:
- A full refund or replacement if the product has a quality issue (for example, a defective pump or sprayer, leakage, or abnormal texture, color or scent)
- Brand-managed customer support, including product guidance and handling of quality complaints
- Lot traceability and controlled storage and logistics, so that we can investigate quality issues and conduct recalls when needed
How to Make a Warranty Claim
Contact us at marketing@purcell.kr within 30 days of delivery with your order number from an authorized retailer, a photo of the product, and a description of the issue.
Products Not Covered
Products purchased from unauthorized sellers are not covered by this warranty. PURCELL cannot verify how these products were sourced, stored or handled, cannot trace their lots, and cannot provide refunds, replacements or brand customer support for them. To receive genuine PURCELL products with full warranty and support, please purchase only from the authorized retailers listed above.
